Jeff Kelley | Estimating Department Manager

Jeff Kelley is in charge of estimating. He manages the estimating team in bidding work and ensures bid accuracy. Kelley has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He is constantly keeping up to date with industry related improvements. Kelley takes advantage of Jacksonville’s river and ocean in his free time where you will find him fishing, boating and scuba diving.
